Strawberries are the jewels in many desserts. Use whorls of whipped cream to crown glorious portions of this delicious summer fruit.

Hulling Twist the leafy stalk end of the strawberry with your fingertips or a knife tip to remove the fibrous core.

Halving Leave the stalks as decoration and cut the fruit in half.
