Everyone has a favourite juicer, from snazzy electric attachments for food processors to classic fluted-dome glass dishes. A hand-held wooden juicer is useful for squeezing small amounts of juice from a lemon, but you may need a larger juicer for more substantial fruits.
Cut the fruit in half and hold one half over a basin. Squeeze out the juice by pushing the juicer firmly into the flesh and twisting it back and forth.
