Use paper cases - sweet cases, petits fours cases and cake or muffin cases for larger cups. If the paper cases are slightly floppy, use them double thick.
Paint a thin, even coating of melted chocolate inside the paper case and leave to set. When the chocolate is just firm, paint on a second layer. Add a third layer, if required.
