Electric mixer Pour your batter mixture into an electric blender and blend for 1 minute until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Sieve Rest a sieve over a bowl and pour the batter mixture into the sieve. Press any lumps in the batter through the sieve with the back of a spoon.
