Gianduja

Containing 36% cocoa, this chocolate is made from a blend of cocoa beans, milk, sugar and hazelnuts (think praline). The beans and nuts are roasted separately before being combined to accentuate their rich aromas. It has a subtle nutty flavour and a rich and creamy texture.
