A single origin Grand Cru from Grenada containing 65% cocoa, featuring deliciously spicy overtones and a gentle peppery character similar to fresh ginger. It works its magic with tangy passionfruit, lemongrass and mint and spices such as vanilla, chilli, nutmeg and mace.
