Opalys

A pure white chocolate containing 33% cocoa and a clean, milky flavour without any overt creaminess. This not too sweet chocolate lends itself to vanilla and berries, rhubarb, orange blossom or rosewater, lychees, cranberries, red currants, alpine strawberries or raspberries.
