Templates – Acetate

I cut the plastic covers off A4 binders from the stationery store; the ones with the plastic sleeve sheets inside as the plastic covers are quite pliable and not stiff. I then use a Stanley knife to cut out the desired shape of the template. Depending on the shape and dimension required in the recipe, you may get 2, 4 or 6 templates from the one sheet.
