  • About
Curry is found in many of the French and English islands of the Caribbean. It is especially popular in both Jamaica (curried goat) and Trinidad where it is most often sold in ‘roti’ flaps as a filling snack or light take-away meal. It is also very popular in Guadeloupe, where ‘colombo de cabri’ (goat curry) is a local speciality.
