Ingredients Wheat flour, eggs, and water. Piedmontese croset also contain a little oil, and the crosit of the town of Biella are made with flour, stale bread, and milk.

How Made The flour is sifted onto a wooden board and kneaded for a long time with a few eggs and some lukewarm water until a rather solid, smooth dough forms. Boiled borage is sometimes kneaded into the dough to color it green. Piedmontese croset also contain a little oil, and the crosit of the town of Biella are made with flour, stale bread, and milk.
