In most of the recipes using the Donut & Fritter Blend, the blend just needs to be whisked with other ingredients—folding and rolling aren’t required.
A word of caution: Don’t use the Donut & Fritter Blend for dusting doughs made with other blends. If used to knead and roll any dough, it will add a tough exterior to the finished goods.
