Peel Peppers

Place the peppers under the grill in the oven, near the hot element, and keep turning until each side is slightly blackened. Don’t worry about the skin burning a bit, the inner flesh will be fine and the skin will be easy to remove. Take the peppers out of the oven and plunge in cold water, then cut them in half, rinse out the seeds and peel off the skin.
