Make Sorbet

Mix all ingredients for the sorbet and churn in an ice cream maker until it is the right consistency. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can make it by hand: put the sorbet in the freezer in a shallow roasting pan and whisk every 15 minutes until it thickens. It’s worth making more sorbet than you need, as it keeps in the freeezer and is delicious.
