Pandan Leaves mainly used in sweet dishes in the way vanilla is in the West, you can infuse any milk with an exotic kiss of pandan. The leaves are used in the Black rice pudding and in several of the spiced drinks, and they stain the Green coconut pancakes. You could also try adding a leaf to custards, creams or ice creams. Or do as they do in Bali and add a leaf to your Perfect steamed rice.
