Candy Thermometer

If you are making something that requires preparing a sugar syrup and you are not comfortable testing the temperature of the syrup by hand, you’ll need a candy thermometer. I explain how to test the syrup without a thermometer, so if you decide to master the technique, you won’t need the thermometer.
