  • About
Corn oil is a healthy, mostly polyunsaturated oil that is good for cooking. It has a high heating point, although I find it rather heavy, with a distinctive smell and taste. Its qualities make it ideal for deep-frying. Though it is found in Hong Kong, it is not very popular.
