  • About
A machine that purées, emulsifies, and crushes, composed of a solid bottom housing the motor with a blender jar (often two different sizes) that fits over it. The jar is fitted with a removable lid. Never fill a blender jar to capacity, as the force of action will raise the lid with cold items, and a combination of force and steam will raise the lid when blending hot items. Even when filled the recommended two-thirds full, the lid, covered with a clean kitchen towel, should be held in place with both hands to prevent splattering or burning.
