Harusame noodles - harusame is a Japanese term meaning ‘spring rain’ due to their appearance. They are clear round noodles. They are wheat-free and made from various kinds of starch including mung bean, sweet potato, cornflour, soy bean and potato. The kind we use are made from potato.
