  • About

Laksa - a term that derives from the original Persian word for noodle, laksha (meaning slippery). The soup itself originates in Malaysia and Indonesia, and is usually made with fat rice or wheat noodles and broth, with lots of bits floating in it. It is also made in Singapore from fine vermicelli noodles and coconut milk.
