  • About

Millet - one of the oldest grains known, it was grown during the stone-age in what is now known as Switzerland, and in China over 2700 years ago. It’s the worlds sixth most important grain and is a staple food in Africa, India, Japan, Russia, China and Egypt. It is also used as animal feed (often given to budgies) but is nutritional and tasty, with a slight nutty taste and grainy texture.
