Zatar zahtar

Zatar zahtar - a Middle Eastern aromatic spice mixture. There are many variations but all contain toasted white sesame seeds, ground sumac, dried thyme and salt. Sprinkled on meats and vegetables and mixed with olive oil to make a dip for breads.
