In addition to the flour amount called for in the recipe ingredients, have a small bowl with extra flour on hand to use as needed while rolling out the dough and pressing it into the form. Sprinkle the extra flour, sparingly and only as much as needed, onto the dough, work surface, rolling pin, and/or hands if the dough becomes sticky during this process.
