Whizz it up with some milk and oats for a quick breakfast smoothie, or stir it into a yoghurt before you go to bed and surprise yourself with ready made breakfast in the morning. I sometimes microwave frozen fruit until it’s a hot, sloppy compote and dump a tin of custard on the top. Either way, it’s a swift injection of vitamins, suspended in ice to keep them peppy and good for you, and absolutely delicious.
