  • About

This was organized in a hurry by Miss E. Willans, Principal of the Advisory Department of the Gas Light and Coke Company, and Vice-President of the E.F.C.A. It was held in the Lecture Hall of the Gas Light and Coke Company, Church Street, Kensington, London, W.8. England; and in spite of the shortness of notice (and impossibility of transporting many meat dishes, etc., from a distance) 32 English Counties were represented, and the Exhibition though small was a great success.
