Roasting Garlic

1. Loosely wrap a head of garlic in aluminum foil to keep it from burning on the grill. Roast it until soft, 30 to 40 minutes.

2. Cut the grilled garlic head in half through the cloves.

3. Once the garlic has been roasted, it is easy to squeeze it out of its skin and mash with a spoon.
