Seeding a Tomato

1 To seed a tomato, cut it in half crosswise and hold it cupped in your hand, cut-side out.

2 Gently squeeze the tomato to wring out the seeds. Use your fingertips or the handle of a spoon to scoop out any that are hard to get.
