  • About
Our bodies require vitamins in order to function properly. They fall into two categories: fat-soluble vitamins, which require fat for absorption and are stored in our body’s fat tissue, and water-soluble vitamins, which cannot be stored and must be replenished often.

vitamin A Found in dairy products, yellow-orange fruits and vegetables, and dark green leafy vegetables, vitamin A promotes healthy skin, hair, bones, and vision. It also works as an antioxidant.

B vitamins This group of water-soluble vitamins can be found in a range of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and dairy and meat products and includes vitamins B6 and B12, biotin, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamin, folate, and riboflavin. Each one plays a vital role in bodily functions, including regulating metabolism and energy production, keeping the nerves and muscles healthy, and protecting against birth defects and heart disease.
