Chill an insulated beverage container in the freezer while you make the Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothie or Rise and Shine Smoothie, or make your own—using fresh or frozen fruit, nonfat or low-fat yogurt, and fruit juice. Pour the smoothie in the cold container and close tightly. Rinse out the blender before you leave, to ease cleanup later.
