Peanut Butter–Fruit Wrap

Spread almond or cashew butter on a whole-wheat tortilla. Top with apple slices or dried cherries or cranberries, pressing them gently into the peanut butter to help them adhere. Add a drizzle of honey, if you like. Fold in two sides of the tortilla and then roll it up like a burrito; wrap in foil or plastic wrap and eat out of hand.
