  • About

Manila clams, aka steamer clams, are small, sweet hard-shell clams found on the West Coast of the United States. They’re best eaten raw, steamed, or in pasta. They are less briny than other types of clams. Hog Island Oyster Co. grows these and uses them in their famous clam chowder, as well as other dishes.
