  1. Once crayfish is cleaned and cooked it’s ready to eat or you can remove the tail meat to be used in a recipe.
  2. After cooking, twist the head away from the tail. Peel the shell from the tail meat and eat or transfer to a bowl to be used in a recipe. If the crayfish are really clean, many love the idea of “sucking the heads” for the tasty treats that they provide.
