Cocktails

This is my hip cousin Alex. He too works in our restaurant and we call him the King of Cocktails. You need to have a feel for making cocktails. Just like when you’re cooking, you need a good sense of whether a drink needs more or less sweetness, tartness, bitterness, or alcohol. With Alex this all comes naturally, and he makes drinks from scratch and by taste rather than measurements.
