  1. Using a paint brush, coat the pan with melted butter, refrigerate, and then coat again.
  2. Or coat pan with melted butter. Cut a piece of waxed paper to fit the bottom. Place in bottom of the pan and coat paper with butter.
  3. Or coat pan with butter, then add sifted flour and shake the pan to coat the butter completely with flour.
