Coarsely chop almonds to make 1 cup. Put into a jar. Mix about 2 drops green food coloring with ½ teaspoon water. Pour into the jar and cover with a lid. Shake to color nuts. Pour onto cooky sheet. Toast in 300-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
