Lemon Grass

Imported from Thailand. Fresh lemon grass, which adds the scent of lemons to many South Indian, Thai and Sri Lankan soups, curries, sauces, salads, grills and other dishes, is now available in some supermarkets as well as speciality stores. The dried version needs soaking before use.
