Lansium domesticum. This is a small, thick-skinned yellowish fruit, which you can easily open and peel with your thumbnail. Inside are a number of whitish segments, the larger of which contain seeds, although the seeds are usually so small and soft that you do not notice them in eating. They are pleasant, quite juicy, rather unexciting fruit. What the Javanese call langsat are very similar, but have slightly tougher seeds that need to be spat out.
