Located in Shikoku island, Kagawa is the smallest prefecture of Japan, but has a rich food culture. This area is known for sanuki-style udon. Udon noodle manufacturers have also opened casual canteen-style restaurants to the public to serve the freshest and cheapest udon noodles.
