  • About
Toasted sesame oil is darker in colour than non-toasted oil and has a distinctively stronger flavour. Toasted sesame oil is rarely used as a cooking oil. Instead, it tends to be used for flavouring due to its lower smoking point and its robust flavour. Just a few drops added at the end of the cooking process can contribute a nutty flavour and a fantastic aroma to a dish.
