Flavour and keeping qualities

Sake is a clear, fine, colourless wine with a fragrant aroma and subtle flavour. Unlike some wines, it keeps well but, once a bottle is opened, sake should be drunk as soon as possible. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
