  • About
Never serve sake directly from the bottle; instead a tokkuri (sake jug) should always be used. It is normally made of china and is heat-resistant so that sake can be warmed in it before serving. The normal tokkuri holds 180ml/6fl oz/ยพ cup, which relates to the old Japanese measurement of one โ€œgoโ€.
