  • About
A brunch buffet frees the host or hostess from table service, allows guests to choose for themselves, and showcases the food and drink. For a crowd, make up two platters or bowls of each menu item and divide them between two stations, so no one will have to wait too long to fill his or her plate. For a granola bar, offer yogurt and milk along with bowls of dried fruits and nuts; for a bagel bar, include cream cheese, a variety of smoked fish, capers, and sliced tomatoes and onions.
