Matclia Powder

Not all matcha is created equal. The best stuff I have found so far comes from Kyoto. Specifically, my choice is ceremonial grade matcha powder from Uji, Kyoto. The vibrant green color, subtle earthy notes and silky texture make this tea complex and unique. Of course, you can use other matcha powders but if you want top results, spend the extra money and get some ceremonial grade matcha.
