I use Number One Brand. Not only is the super-simple (and self-congratulatory) brand hugely endearing to me, it is also easy to find with its can’t-miss red label and gold trim. It’s one of my favorite ingredients either as an icy-cool drink or when it plays a starring role in a gorgeous, tannin-laden dessert.
