  • About
Seeds of the cilantro plant with a nutty fragrance that’s a combination of lemon or lime and sage. They’re a key ingredient in many soups and curries. Sold as seeds (preferred by cooks) or ground. To enhance flavoring, lightly dry-roast the seeds in a skillet before crushing with a mortar and pestle.
