  • About
Best described as lean pork cold cut, like a Vietnamese bologna. Found in almost every Vietnamese fridge. Rarely homemade. Processed meat is bundled tightly with banana leaves, and then boiled or steamed. It’s made into a sandwich, eaten as a snack, or sliced thin and served over bun.
