Learn to use them. They are necessary for eating, but they’re great for cooking with as well. There are no fast and easy rules to chopstick use; just imagine them as tweezers and keep practicing. I feel that I can toss faster and more evenly when using chopsticks for stir-fries and sautés than I can with a spatula or wooden spoon.
