  • About
Requires that you cook food quickly in the right amount of oil, butter, or, in the case of Vietnamese food, a marinade, over medium to high heat. It is best to use a skillet or frying pan of a size that comfortably contains the food. The pan should be preheated. When the food is cooked quickly, it stays moist. The cooking time will vary depending on the food.
