Sweet Onions

While nearly everyone has by now heard of Georgia’s sweet Vidalia onions or Texas 1015s, Wadmalaw Sweets, which are produced on this barrier island just south of Charleston, are perhaps the sweetest ever. They can be found in local farmers’ markets in early summer.
