How to cook succulent steak

  • About
  1. Heat the pan until smoky hot.
  2. Oil the steaks, season with pepper if you wish (but NOT salt).
  3. Fry for the amount of time shown in this table (use a timer!).
  4. Lay on foil, season with salt, wrap for 10โ€“15 minutes.
  5. Serve using juices from foil.
