  1. Fill the bucket with a mixture of ice and cold water. (Always use water -ice cubes or crushed ice are not enough on their own.) Place the unopened bottle upside down in the water for 2-3 minutes. Turn and chill for a further 2-3 minutes to ensure that the whole bottle is cooled.

  2. Return the bottle to an upright position and chill for a further 5 minutes. Turn the bottle in the bucket occasionally to ensure the entire bottle is kept chilled. To serve, wrap a napkin around the bottle to prevent drips, pour, and return the bottle to the bucket to stay cool.
